    Good news for Arizona parents concerned with AHCCCS and Kidscare. Governor Janet Brewer signed a bill which will restore the funding that was stripped from these programs. The S1043 bill authorizes Arizona to accept the $385 million in federal stimulus money to fund the Az health care cost containment system, Arizona’s Medicaid program and nearly $49 million for the KidsCare Health Insurance Program.
